Our commitment

Park Avenue Motors aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site uses semantic HTML, descriptive alternative text on images, visible keyboard focus, colour contrast tested against AA thresholds, and respects the operating-system "reduce motion" setting by switching animations off.

Known limitations

Some vehicle history documents are supplied to us as scanned PDFs and may not be fully screen-reader friendly. If you need one in an accessible format, ask and we will provide a text version within two business days at no cost.

Our premises

The showroom at 753 Park Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43223, USA has step-free access from the customer parking area, an accessible restroom and a hearing loop at the reception desk. Accessible parking spaces are directly in front of the entrance.
